Already Waiting
Whispers in the Quiet
With only one more day before our next adventure,
I pause.
To reflect.
To give thanks.
There are moments in life that can only be described one way—
God showing up…
to love us in unexpected ways.
Unmerited grace.
Unexplained favor.
And today’s whisper…
is simply gratitude.
As if gratitude were simple.
Because the truth is—
we just can’t outgive God.
And as a Mima,
I understand that kind of love.
The love I’ve poured out on my family—
they can’t outgive me either.
That’s the beauty of this relationship.
Even when they act out…
even when they forget their place in my life—
I still love.
I forgive.
I forget.
Not because it’s easy…
but because love does what love does.
And isn’t that what He did for us?
It is finished.
